COLOUR: Very pale and fresh – typical of young Sauvignon Blanc.
AROMA: Lifted aromatics of lime zest, cut grass and passion fruit – fresh, bright
and youthful nose driven by pure primary fruits.
PALATE: Tight, fresh and long with lovely lemon / lime zest acidity. The mid palate
is fleshy and flavoursome with flavours of fig, citrus and crunchy green apple.
