Very pale straw in colour. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas with complex notes of blackcurrant. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours. There is a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.
