This delicate blend of Hunter Valley Semillon and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc reflects our commitment to taking the grape variety from the region it best performs in. Fresh, clean, crisp citrus, lemon and lime soars with the herbal and heady gooseberry goodness of the sauvignon blanc. It’s sweet and zesty, balanced and structured, helped along the way by being harvested in the cool of night, before being clarified and fermented with an aromatic strain of yeast to allow both grape varieties to fully blossom in the bottle.
