Rich and well-rounded with a lovely acidity. It’s clean and lively on the palate with deep flavours of ripe stone-fruit, nuanced by buttery cashew notes. The small, dedicated team at Deep Woods combines traditional and modern techniques all the way from the vine through to the bottle, which you can taste in every sip. It really is a knockout.
