The Willow Bridge Estate Shiraz is a deep rich purple colour. The nose is a juicy mix of dark fruits, with plum, mulberry and bramble coming to the fore. The fruits are backed by spicy notes of pepper, star anise and some cinnamon and softer notes of vanilla and coffee. The palate is big, bold and juicy. The fruit characteristics on the nose are carried through with extra depths of coffee, sweet nutty vanilla. The tannins are present but very soft, the acidity is well balanced and the finish is a pleasant, sharp fruit experience.
