This wine is plum red in colour, with complex aromas of blackcurrant, spice and a touch of mint. The palate is soft and full with balanced firmness, complexity and structure, enhanced by fifteen months barrel maturation in seasoned and new French and American oak.

With careful cellaring this Cabernet Sauvignon will reward medium term cellaring over the next five to seven years.
