St Hugo is vintaged entirely from cabernet sauvignon grown in the famed terra rossa soil of South Australia's Coonawarra region, an area considered Australia's best cabernet sauvignon growing district.

A full bodied wine displaying a rich, textured palate of concentrated fruit flavours and integrated tannins. Its excellent structure will enusre the development of further complexity with careful cellaring over the next 10 years.
