Colour:
A great colour, dark red with a red purple hue – a clear indication the wine has escaped the harmful effects of oxidation despite the absence of the antioxidant sulphur dioxide.

Raspberry, cherry, choc mint, dried herbs and dark fruit with hints of forest floor, cedar and violets.

Palate:
